Working holistically on the entire body, massage is a wordless communication through the hands. Katarina’s believes in creating a relationship with the body she is working on. Each massage starts gentle, scanning the body, opening channels through touch. It is important to get to know the physical body and listen to its feedback, whether that is more or less pressure.

Katarina’s service can be performed in one of two methods, on the massage table with oil, or on the Yoga mat in gentle postures to open and release.
